JEROME PREISLER is the New York Times bestselling author of over thirty books of fiction and nonfiction, including the TOM CLANCY'S POWER PLAYS SERIES and numerous movie and television tie-ins. Among the latter are CSI: NEVADA ROSE, and the recent CSI: SKIN DEEP. His narrative history (w/Kenneth Sewell), ALL HANDS DOWN: The True Story of the Soviet Attack on the USS Scorpion (Simon and Schuster, 2008) was praised by Kirkus Reviews as a "satisfying historical whodunit, redolent with Cold War paranoia and tragedy". Jerome's next book of narrative nonfiction, CODENAME CAESAR: The Secret Hunt for U-Boat 864 during World War II will be published as a Berkley hardcover in the summer of 2012.
With his wife Suzanne Preisler, Jerome has pseudonymously co-authored and co-created the Grime Solvers comedic mystery series for Signet books, and A BRISKET, A CASKET, the first of the Deadly Deli series, for Kensington.
Jerome's column on baseball and all things related, YANKEES INK, has appeared on the New York Yankees' YESNetwork.com since 2004 and is one of its most popular features.
He lives in New York City with his wife and three feline masters.
